Andi is passionate about coffee. She has 30 years experience with coffee in its various forms, including owning her own cafe for six years and working as the expert roaster and blender for Zentveld's coffee, as well as many years of barista experience.
Andi has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has run training courses for Byron Region Community College, Zentveld's coffee, Byron Youth Activity Centre and Byron Barista School. She is currently completing a Diploma of Coffee with the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE).
